THE ALGORITHM
Our pattern algorithm generates a perfectly fitting bespoke pattern based on the customer's body measurements from either a 3D body scan or just 14 hand taken measurements. No matter the body type, height, weight, or shape, our state-of-the-art algorithm captures everything for a perfect fit, the first time. No alterations necessary.
ON DEMAND MANUFACTURING
PRODUCTION READY
The algoritm would not be complete if it just outputs a pattern. Our proprietary software stack enables us to generate production-ready patterns with custom seam allowance values and notch positions, in addition to markers and ready to cut files for each material, tech packs or factory data sheets, all according to the requirements of each individual manufacturer. We are invisible and do not get in the way. Our solution has been tried and tested in 5 different factories globally - 2 in Portugal, 1 in Mexico, 2 in North America.

EVERY BODY TYPE
Our algorithm outputs a perfectly fitting garment for every body type - the algorithm takes the body into account rather than predefined shapes or base patterns. We perfectly dress tall, short, petite, plus size, muscular, and anything in between.
ON DEMAND MANUFACTURING AT SCALE
AUTOMATION
Our proprietary automation platform is able to generate 360 orders per compute cluster per day. These compute clusters can handle 4 orders simultaneously each and generate the marker layouts and other factory data for maximum efficiency. Plugging in additional compute clusters is simple. No human involvement whatsoever.

While we provide a white-label ordering platform, our automation platform has a robust API which takes in measurement and order data, allowing you to use your existing order platform.
